All of our products are shipped through USPS:

Cost of shipping is calculated at the time of checkout via the secure shopping cart.
RETURNS
You may return any "unused" hardware product for a refund of the purchase price. Note that returned items must be received by us within 30 days from the date of the original purchase, and items purchased with a credit card or through Paypal will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
Products must be in new condition (may be unpacked but not used, damaged or modified), packed safely in original or equivalent packaging, and shipped (not mailed) to:

We cannot be responsible for returned items lost in the mail - so please use UPS, Federal Express or another reliable carrier that offers package tracking services when returning merchandise.
WARRANTY
OHARARP LLC warrants the products it sells against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. If you discover a defect, we will, at our option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price. Return the product with a description of the problem. We will return your product or its replacement via standard shipping.
