| In the pursuit of expanding the number of products and capabilities we offer; we have recently invested a significant amount of money and time in acquiring a high quality American made laser cutting system. Our Epilog Helix 45W allows us to process high quality, low-cost, quickturn mylar stencils for our customers. |

| STENCILS - 12"x12"x.003" | ||
We are providing up to 12"x12"x.003" Kapton stencils that are to be used in the production of prototype and short run printed circuit board designs with surface mount components. Kapton is a very expensive material, therefore if your design does not use the entire 12"x12" area your stencil will be framed with a 2 inch border around your design. |

| MATERIAL - KAPTON | ||
| Kapton is a polyimide film that does not melt or shrink when hit by the laser. This allows us to cut very fine features that no other service of this type offers. Kapton retails for over $300/lb and is commonly used in flexible circuits and satellites. For more details click here | ||

To keep our costs low we require that you submit your files in Gerber RS274X format. |

| FILE SUBMISSION - EMAIL | ||
All file submission is completed via e-mail to stencils@ohararp.com There are no limitations on the number of pads or designs in a file. However, for $25 you will only receive one stencil. Multiple files will require additional billing for your order to process. We recommend that you keep a 1"-2" border that is free from pads for a safe margin of error and to extend the life of the stencil. |

| Submit your order on any business day before 1600 hrs your stencil will ship the following business day. Stencils will be shipped in a protected envelope or in a round cardboard tube via USPS or USPS International. | ||
